Asset Management

On this page you configure various settings and requirements related to assets.

You can configure the following:

• Asset request required - pending verification workflow

• Send email on asset transfer: Determines whether a notification email is sent upon asset transfer

• Only display assets without parents: Determines whether child assets display or are hidden on...

• Require assets to be verified to invoices

• Enable equipment class parts handling: Determines whether you can set up requirements when equipment class parts (from Inventory) are used on work orders

  If Yes, select whether Enforcement of asset creation is optional or required when equipment class parts are used on work orders.

  You can set the remaining settings to Yes (a value is required for the field), Optional (a value is optional for the field), or Hidden (the field is not shown):
